America’s Essential Hospitals is requiring all event attendees to be up to date on vaccines against COVID-19 before participating in any in-person association event.* We are working with CLEAR Healthpass to collect and process the vaccination documentation and more information will be made available closer to the event.
This requirement is consistent with the association’s policy for our staff and is becoming standard practice for in-person conferences and other events and activities.
*In accordance with America’s Essential Hospitals policy, up-to-date vaccination status is defined as having received the last required dose of a CDC- or WHO-recognized COVID-19 vaccine and a follow-up booster shot, if applicable, at least two weeks before the start date of the conference or event.
